Dive In Festival: diversity and inclusion in the insurance business.

A four day celebration of the benefits of diversity and inclusion for the insurance industry led by Inclusion@Lloyd’s, in the City of London. I was employed by Gong Communications, a PR and communications consultancy, to photograph at each one of the over 20 events during the festival. These included focus groups, art exhibitions, talks, a flashmob and a game-show evening. Day 1 focussed on Women in the Workplace, and featured Baroness Karen Brady being interviewed by the BBC's Jane Hill; Day 2 specialised on diversity, and included the footballer John Barnes, and the TV presenter Gok Wan, hosting a 'Diversity Challenge' game-show; Day 3 was about LGBT and included an audience with Lorde Browne, former CEO of BP; Day 4 was about 'workability', highlighting mental and physical disability, and featured a talk by cricketer Marcus Trescothick.
